A New Necklace for My New Dress

I used up my left over Christmas gift certificates & a 35% off coupon this weekend buying this dress from Banana Republic.  When I put it on I feel like it was made just for me--it fits perfectly.  So of course I had to make a bright necklace to give it some color.
